Food Crawl at the Memorable Place

I have been in a long term relationship and we're living in together for quite sometime now. My relationship was a roller coaster ride, though I have friends who can trust and shoulder to lean on and cry on when I needed the most especially when my parents died. One of the precious gem that a person can have is to have trusted friends by your side no matter how life brings to us. 

Nowadays, friend are hard to find so when you found a trusted and loyal friend keep them and never let go. Cristina Dungaran is one of my trusted friend and we met on my previous work years back. We've been friends for a long time and counting. We rarely see each other on a daily basis due to the demands of life and work though we manage to compromise and meet halfway whenever we decided to meet up and do some catching up on life.

Our last meet up was a blast because we decided to do Food Crawl around Glorietta, Ayala Makati City and not to mention our favorite hobbies are shopping and groceries. In addition, we got a new best friend Booky app from our smartphones because we are able to take advantage of buy 1 get 1 on a reasonable prices because we both love food so much.

Our first pit stop was Kenny Rogers, we had our brunch Chicken Quesadillas and Kani and Mango Salad.

Kenny Roger's Chicken Quesadillas has chunks of chicken, veggies, and cheddar cheese rolled in tortilla and served with their very own mix of creamy jalapeno dip. Chicken was very flavorful which compliments the veggies and cheddar cheese. Since we both cheese, we are happy kid for the quesadillas and made our lunch a guilt free and light for both of us. Further, the tortilla was lightly grilled but soft and we can still taste the simplicity of the chicken.

Next we also ordered Kenny Roger's Kani and Mango Salad has Romaine lettuce, tomato, shredded carrots, white onion strips, Ripe Mangoes, Kani with Sesame dressing. The salad was light and does not overwhelm other ingredients. Further, I like carrots was shredded instead of strips because you taste all other veggies in it. In addition, the Sesame dressing was perfect for the Kani and Mango Salad because it's perfectly blended when mixed with the salad. Lastly, this is the best Kani and Mango salad that ever tasted.

Since our stomach is still we decided to have quick shopping and groceries along with that we are able to talks things that matters. Further, we bought clothes, juices and many more. While walking we decided to tone it down at Gong Cha's Milk Tea since we both love milk tea.

We ordered Gong Cha's Alisan Milk tea has oolong tea and which is famous in central Taiwan. We decided not to put any pearls or floaters in it. Well, this is my first time to have a milk tea without floaters on the other hand, I did like it because I can taste the simplicity of the milk tea and I enjoyed it.

Before going home and back to reality, our last pit stop was at Krispy Kreme in Glorietta. We ordered medium signature coffee and original Glazed Doughnut. The brewed signature coffee was roasted and perfect for brown sugar and cream and while Glazed Doughnut was soft inside and glazed on the doughnut was not sticky but flavorful. As we end our weekend bonding day with a sweet note.

We can make friends to everybody however only few are trustworthy, loyal and understands for who you are and what are you going through everyday. I may have a few friends on my list but I know these are friends who can trust, love and loyal to me no matter what life will brings to us. We may not talk or meet up on a daily basis but we know that we are for each other.
